Overview

Major version update introducing high-stakes Rebel Purge modes, expanded Leadership caps, and the new Equipment Tempering system.

Overview

  • Maintenance: Aug 19, 14:00 - 17:00 (UTC+8) / 07:00 - 10:00 (UTC+1).
  • Key Features: Rebel Purge: Last Stand, Equipment Tempering, increased Leadership cap.

Key Updates

Leadership Expansion

  • Rank Leadership: Maximum Leadership granted by Rank increased from 50 to 70.
  • Supply Wagons: Leadership cost increased to 30.

Equipment Tempering

  • New feature allowing players to reroll bonus attributes or fully restore durability.
  • Pity System: Higher quality results (Rare/Epic) increase the chance of Legendary quality on subsequent attempts.
  • Attribute Locking: One bonus attribute can be locked during tempering (consumes one random slot).
  • Choice: Players can choose to keep the old attributes or accept the new roll; durability restores regardless of choice.

Rebel Purge: Last Stand

  • High Risk: Features 4-Star and 5-Star AI units that automatically use skills.
  • Casualties: Units can be wounded (50% rate) or killed (5% rate), requiring kits for replenishment.
  • Rewards: Chance for 5-Star Unit Kits and high-attribute Hero equipment.
  • Event: "Rebel Purge: Rewards" offers Epic Schematics and the Sovereign Command Doctrine (-2 Leadership for 5-Star units).
  • Extraction: Defeated players have a 20% chance to safely extract items from temporary inventory.
  • Note: Peril mode is temporarily closed.

Combat Adjustments

Hero Class Changes (Spirits)

  • Dian Wei: Banner Guard knockup now affects enemies in the path; CD increased by 2s.
  • Sun Jian: Health recovery increased (1% -> 2%); Vanguard Strike ignores collision. Resonance 40% now resets Vanguard Strike CD at <30% HP; Resonance 100% grants 30% HP heal and 3s invulnerability on lethal damage.
  • Zhao Yun: Yajiao Spear removes daze/knockdown/stun; Unbound Dragon grants CC immunity.

  • County: 52 -> 44 squads.
  • Township: 39 -> 32 squads.
  • Reinforcement Logic: NPCs now spawn in organized formations with extended respawn timers rather than single-squad harassment.
  • Map Fixes: Adjusted Township spawn locations and barricades to prevent direct flag attacks from invincibility zones.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Diaochan's Winded effect and mounting prevention issues.
  • Fixed Sun Jian and Lu Lingqi Resonance effects failing to trigger.
  • Fixed Azure Dragon Vanguard and Bloodragers life-steal doctrines.
  • Fixed Rattan Infantry Kits not being submissible for Fief Quests.

Overview

Field manual regarding settlement declarations and engagement protocols for the Three Kingdoms season.

Overview

Settlement declaration rules dictate how Alliances, Clans, and Cohorts (Warlord Faction) contest territory. While standard settlements rely on basic level requirements, the capital city, Luoyang, operates under high-influence and high-rank restrictions.

Standard Settlement Rules

  • Access: Open to all regions; no season-phase restrictions currently in effect.
  • Requirements: Restricted solely by Clan or Cohort level.
  • Commander Rotation: Based on real-time Prestige rankings.

Luoyang Declaration Protocols

Luoyang utilizes unique mechanics for commander priority and entry requirements.

Commander Priority (Alliance Influence)

Unlike standard fiefs, the commanding Alliance for Luoyang is determined by Total Map Influence, not Prestige.

  • The Alliance with the highest total influence on the declaration list takes command of the next battle line.
  • After a battle line concludes, the previous commander moves to the bottom of the rotation.

Clan Faction Requirements

  • Level: Clan must be Level 7.
  • Influence: Alliance must possess at least 5,000 Total Influence.
  • Authority: Only the Alliance's Main Clan may declare war. Independent Clans may declare if they meet Level 7 and 5,000 Influence thresholds individually.
  • Persistence: If Influence falls below 5,000 during an active battle line, pending players (attackers and defenders) are barred from entering.

Warlord Faction (Cohorts) Requirements

The Warlord Faction initiates an Assemble For War under specific conditions:

  • Proximity: Must occupy a Guanzhong Settlement adjacent to Luoyang (Hangu Pass or Dagu Pass).
  • Level: Cohort must be Level 7.
  • Rank: Players must hold the rank of Headquarters Officer or higher to join.
  • Priority: Upon completion of the "Assemble For War" camp phase, the Warlord Faction bypasses the standard queue to command the next battle line immediately.

Key Schedule Update

Effective August 19, the following strategic changes occur:

  • Level 6 Fiefs: Declarations for Level 6 settlements are unlocked.
  • Passes: Warfare opens for Dagu Pass, Tong Pass, and Wu Pass.

Campaign Improvements

  • Holding the Pass: Rule descriptions updated for clarity during this specific campaign stage.
